By signing below I am verifying the following: I have reviewed and understand the Bilinguals Inc. Compliance Plan document, which includes the Code of Conduct. I agree to comply with the obligations listed in the Compliance Plan. I specifically agree to discharge my responsibilities to the best of my ability and in a manner consistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and to inform the Compliance Officer (Joseph Matuza), my supervisor, a provider relations manager or Dr. Trudy Font-Padron if I learn of inappropriate conduct by anyone in connection with Bilinguals Inc.
