Dr. Font-Padron Ed.D obtained her doctorate from Vanderbilt University. She taught school psychology to graduate and doctoral students as a tenured professor at the City University of New York. After teaching, Dr. Font-Padron began a private practice for assessment of children birth to five years old. The private practice quickly flourished into an agency, Bilinguals Inc. Dr. Font-Padron is a bilingual Spanish school psychologist who has more than thirty years of experience in the field. She currently oversees the clinical operations of Bilinguals Inc.

Mr. Padron graduated from New York University with a major in Psychology and has an MBA from Columbia University. He previously worked as an accountant and later started with his brother what developed into a large chain of pet stores. Besides the pet business, he has farmed in diverse areas such as Nicaragua, Venezuela and Tennessee. After retiring from the pet business in 2000, Mr. Padron has been involved in managing the business aspects of Bilinguals Inc.

Mr. Ng, a certified school psychologist who is fluent in Cantonese Chinese, arrived at Bilinguals in 2001 with clinical and business experience. He worked for over ten years as a management consultant for various companies in the electronic security industry. During these years, Mr. Ng simultaneously pursued a graduate degree in school psychology from Brooklyn College, City University of New York. Mr. Ng's graduate training was as broad in scope as Bilinguals Inc. is rich in diversity.

Mrs. Muller is a special educator. She came to Bilinguals Inc. in 1999 with strong clinical and management experience. Mrs. Muller is Director for Bilinguals Inc.’s Long Island programs. Under Mrs. Muller’s direction, Bilinguals Inc. Long Island programs have flourished. She also began a special program for children with autism.
