Dr. Trudy Font-Padron Ed.D founded Bilinguals Inc. (“Company”) in 1995 in response to the needs of developmentally delayed and disabled children and their families, particularly children with bilingual needs.

Bilinguals Inc. had a modest beginning in a small office in Long Island.  Two years later, the company expanded its presence to the five boroughs of New York City.  Our first New York office consisted of a small room in a medical office building.  Within one month, the staff outgrew the office space.

Dr. Font-Padron Ed.D continued to operate her private assessment practice. In 2000, she decided to focus on Bilinguals Inc. management needs. With the help of her husband Mr. Bob Padron, Bilinguals Inc. has grown significantly, enabling the company to help more families and children.

Bilinguals Inc. present staff occupies almost the entire floor of the same medical office building. Our family now includes representatives from over 45 countries. Bilinguals Inc.’s family-centered philosophy strengthens our team commitment to serve just one family and one child at a time
